Re: Rendering Animation looks different to viewport

Your velocity displacement was too high, try 0.25

Pagefile usage

Hi Jascha i sent you a couple of e-mails but have not heard anyting back, in case you did not get my mails i have a scene file with keyframes on a spheres parts which break up and fall to the ground ( baked dynamics sim) TFD 3.7 calculates OK but on render altough RAM usage is around 2.5 GB the page...

If you make the container a child of the rocket and check fluid moves with container then the rocket and smoke will still move through the container but the container itself will move with the rocket

Re: multi container simulation

also you will have issues using a plane as an obstacle use a cube with thickness as TFD needs some voxel space to calculate collisions

Re: TURbeta v2 doesn't work with 32 bit 11.530?

I experience same behaviour when the system is comeing to it´s limits, e.g try to do a simulation while a background render is running. sometimes it pays just to be patient - but several times I had to shoot off cinema as well... As I see a 32 bit system - what amount of RAM is available ? I run in...

Re: cascading emmisions

and here is something that will be available in later releases ( i don' think you will have it in the public release yet) fluids move with container and frame offset so i sim one smoke sphere child of a container then copy amd move the pair and set new smoke colours and frame offsets, So we can have...

Re: cascading emmisions

You can assign emitter A to Container A smoke blue, and sim container A, then remove the turb Tag from emitter A and assign a new emitter B to container B smoke red and sim that container when you render both containers will render their caches but of course they are independent and will not interact

Re: cascading emmisions

I can't look at the scene right now as i am simming but maybe check the fcurves of your animation as they would probably be splines and this may cause issues, it may not be the cure in your case but before i set a scene up i always set my default interpolation to linear and add spline curves where n...
