Unable to get TFD working on R23 for MAC

I can’t seem to get the TFD learning edition to on my M1 MacBook Pro running Max Os Ventura 13.4.

I’ve tried everything but it doesn’t work when I boot up c4d. iv’ve tried it on 2024 too.

please help
