New Mac AMD GPUs?

I had an old Mac Pro with Nvidia GPUs for years, and loved the speed I got with my TFD simulations. I invested in a new Mac Pro this year, and it’s great, but one of the few things I am missing is GPU accelerated sims with TFD. Are you working on a version that will work with the new GPUs for Mac?

Yes. The next major release will support GPUs on macOS using Apple’s Metal API. This includes AMD GPUs as well as Apple Silicon.

My current estimate for the first beta release with macOS/Metal support is Q2 2022.

Yes, still possible Note that Q2 means until end of June.
