Problem with Simulating with GeForce RTX 2080 Ti

If I wanna Simulating with the GPU GeForce RTX 2080 Ti I get following Message:
"The simulation had to abort because of an unexpected error… "

I don’t know where the Problem could be. I have AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2970WX, the mentioned GPU. It works with the CPU but i want to simulate with the GPU.

Who can help me?

Xavier does not seem to be having issues with a 2080Ti 2080ti vs 1080ti : almost no performance upgrade for TFD simulation?
