Smoke through tube

how can I get the smoke through this helix tube? Which Values give the smoke more “power” “speed” “volume”?

I have covered this a few times here if you search you will find solutions. Generally try a force on the emitter or you can have an emitter follow a spline but force is the best way to go Movement through tube - #4 by Paul_Selhi
