The problem of smoke penetrating hair

TurbulenceFD’s smoke penetrates only hair… does anyone know the cause of this?
and, The smoke degrades when global illumination is enabled, is there any way to deal with this phenomenon?
I am a beginner TurbulenceFD.
C4D version R25 / win

You’ll need a proxy object with simple geometry to act as a collision object for the hair. I suppose you are using the head geometry as collision object already? A similarly simple object like the head should work for the hair as well.
