any vdb2bcf converter option ?

(trying to import “vdb” into LightWave 11)

There is currently no tool to convert VDB to BCF. Reactions can import and export VDB, but it cannot import or export BCF for TurbulenceFD.

Why not?

It’s quite common that a sim will be done in Houdini or Embergen - if it contains velocity data that could be used to advert Xparticles

I think we need this functionality

I’m not sure if i’m understanding you correctly.
Reactions can import VDB. If you have a simulation created elsewhere this is how you would import the velocity into C4D to advect particles.
