6169 and any of the windows (tools/preferences etc) seem to stick to the top left of the screen and are difficult to move and close
Please try deleting %HOMEPATH%\ReactionsData\settings\settings.json and restart Reactions. If the windows are still in unexpected places, please post a screenshot.

Tried that. It is when you choose windows from the top menu and any of those choices open as a small window that cannot be moved as the title bar is not visible. If you drag to resize them the window title snaps in place and you can now manipulate the window. Another odd thing is that small window is persistant sticking around even when I open irfanview to paste the screen shot…it dominates as a foreground screen
